[members-discuss] LIR’s billing issues with RIPE NCC, need support

Hi.

I thought that the membership cannot be double or triple and so on.
But when the NCC ask to pay for multiple accounts it looks so. If you
are the member, you must pay once.

Also it is strange that the member should pay for the membership for
the period when he hasn't been the member. Any government inspection
can lead to problems.
