Hello, Normal companies take care about services for there clients and customers. Ripe looks is non-profit and it's doesn't take any care about services in fact. We did a lot of bug reports and suggestions about usability if websites and LIR portal. If you want to see simplest bugs - just open ripe web site from mobile and try to work with ripe database. About charging scheme. Nobody understand how it's possible to have problems and delays with online invoicing members. I don't see any problems to make invoices even every day for customers. Almost all companies here are average or big ISPs that manage lot of customers and use billing systems. I am sure that there no company here who need extra 2 months of time to issue online invoices for customers. I am sure RIPE NCC should give any comfortable way of invoicing for members, but RIPE NCC just limit abilities of RIPE members. I hope they have strong reasons for that. I think something is going on inside RIPE NCC, but I don't understand whats that. Juri On 17.01.2019 15:49, ripe-lr at cidr.eu wrote: > Still being definitely against that.
