[members-discuss] billing problem on multiple lir accounts.

Could we please stop arguing about this, I think the NCC understands now 
that some people are unhappy with this, arguing further will not solve 
anything.

It is just spamming people's inboxes.

Please stop complaining.

Also I see a lot of people calling themselves customers, but that is not 
true, you are not a customer of the NCC, you are a member of the NCC, 
aka you are a part of it.
