I would welcome somewhat more detailed interaction with the RIPE
members on this during the next RIPE meeting - NCC services WG sounds
like the place for this.  Report on progress, collect feedback, etc.

The current ticket system is an expensive abomination.  It's impossible
to use for e-mail users (like me) *and* impossible to use for web users,
at the same time.  Which is quite an achievement.
