Hello I did not express myself very clearly on this subject, but one of the problems is that if the law is in force in Poland and there are government services to verify the correctness of registration data, companies should check there in government services and not in which databases that are not up to date and not true, accusing later that I am sending documents that are not true. The next thing is to describe the names of companies. Unfortunately, RIPE does not have the right to change the name of the company and it does it differently depending on who reads and writes to him. In the agreement you undersigned with RIPE it's clearly specified: >Article 11 – Governing Law >11.1 All agreements between the RIPE NCC and the Member shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands. So, it's YOU to be required to respect NL law. If NL law is in contrast with the law of your own country, it's an issue of yours, not of RIPE.
