[members-discuss] Multiple LIR account mergers

Speaking of the community, it has been dived to pre 2012 and post 2012.
Some of old members are making a fortune by selling their unused IP
addresses to post 2012 members. Maybe we need to be more specific when we
talk about what is works better for the community :)
