Even if you would have an archivist, the problem is that some people just don't read all that.
Then there are a few folks that are only interested in how things would work better for themselves, not for the community.

Hi Adrian,

this was discussed in the address-policy working group many, maaaany
times. Please read the list archive for all the arguments and
counterarguments. There is simply no way to change the fact: We're OUT
of IPv4.


Maybe an RIPE archivist wouldn't be such a bad idea after all.
