members-discuss has never been for "technical side of things" - it's
about discussing *RIPE NCC member* issues. Like, joining, leaving, mergers,
fees, voting, ...
So while the repetition of the ever same topic is slightly annoying, it
happens on the right list.
Technical stuff is independent from RIPE membership, and happens in the
DNS WG, routing WG, IPv6 WG, etc. lists...
