The RIPE NCC board publishes reports and budgets and the RIPE NCC membership votes on whether or not to support the spending plans at RIPE NCC general meetings. This is how membership based organisations usually work. As members, we elect a board to do the job of deciding whether or not the spending requests from the RIPE NCC look reasonable. If members have a problem with how the board is handling this, they can put themselves up for election to the board to fix the problems that they've identified. Nick
