Good morning, as a newbie in the RIPE community, I was also rather surprised by this policy and thus I wanted to ask, what the motivation is for personal email addresses? Given that people change more often in companies than roles, I would think that noc@$company.ch is a more reliable way of communicating and would incur less effort on both sides.
