[members-discuss] Is mailing list become too small for RIPE?

Announcement has been done by ncc-announce list, in which all member
receives it(notice the first Email Nigel sent ask everyone to discuss
the issue was go though a different list?), and I don't believe all
member wants to hear everything everyone is saying, announcement will
give an idea that there is an question in discussion, if you want to
go to the forum to contribute, it is fully up to you.
