Hi Markus,

Yes you are correct. 
Space allocated to us by other LIR`s.
Like already said we reported this to the ripe consultant who came to
Bucharest.
I explained for over 2 hour this issue to him.

But it does not convey the gravity of the situation.
Like i said to the consultant, ripe ncc never notified an end user and told
him that the lir can take the allocated space back.

So for some Romanian LIRs it is more profitable to sell the space an end
customer has than to keep the customer?

About the /22: You are a LIR yourself, does that mean you are talking about
address space that was assigned to you from another LIR respectively from a
time long ago when you yet weren't a LIR?

Just trying to understand the issue.
