[members-discuss] Increase amount of bots in the mailling list

Dear Lu,

I am contacting the auto-responders to ask them to fix this. We do this
regularly to try to limit the amount of people who subscribe in this
way. There are much fewer nowadays, although we aim to eliminate all
auto-responders.

We also request on the subscription page that people do not subscribe
automated ticketing system addresses to the mailing list:
https://www.ripe.net/participate/member-support/info/membership-mailing-lists/subscribing-to-members-discuss

We will investigate ways to further address this issue.
