for the record:
I wrote to make it harder to get the /22 inside one legal entity.
And I would very much like to see large old allocations cut, as current distribution of unused IP space is unbalanced. But this is unthinkable right now.

ps: and yes, we all know IPv6 is the cure, but there is still no IPv6 requirement in most buying processes, so there is even new kit without it on the market.
