[members-discuss] Board Resolution to Suspend Creation of Multiple LIR Accounts

Hello,
there was discussion about this topic during general meeting (GM)
yesterday. Each member had opportunity to participate here - in person,
or remotely (online).

It's transparent process. Clear majority of persons present on the GM
supported this resolution.

And also I *support* board in this decision.
