[members-discuss] LIRs from Donetsk area?

Isn't there a requirement to specify true addresses for objects, or one can 
specify just about anything there, including addresses on Mars? In case of the 
latter this sort of defies the whole purpose of that field. How ORG-OISI2-RIPE 
went into the database in the first place?
