From a geolocation point of view, this is the same thing: hiding the true 
location of the user, and as such, geolocation data for these addresses
is meaningless.

For geolocation questions, the end result is the same thing.

I think they did exactly what their customers are paying them for: providing
accurate geolocation data where possible, and for services where people are
making money by circumventing geolocation restrictions, they are now making
this clear.
