well i still don't see much need for the service i must admit, but if some people want to use it...
I actually would prefer making this a member-only or paid-service, but after re-reading some parts of the discussion about
the issue before, i guess the free-but-contract-based approach might be the most intelligent choice without upsetting those who use it
and it seems to be without negative impact for the rest of the members.
