Dear colleagues, We are proud to announce the launch of the RIPE NCC Technical Emergency Hotline: https://www.ripe.net/contact/technical-emergency-hotline RIPE NCC members told us that they needed to reach us 24/7 in emergency situations following the reverse DNS outage in June 2012. Our members asked and we listened. The RIPE NCC Technical Emergency Hotline is: *+31 (0) 20 626 3571* During office hours [Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 (UTC+1)], any calls to the hotline will be redirected to the RIPE NCC front office. Outside of office hours, the number will redirect to a reputable third-party company trained to evaluate the calls and pass on the details of a legitimate report immediately to the appropriate RIPE NCC 24/7 team. As this is a new service, we will be watching it closely over the next few months so that we can evaluate it and make any adjustments to the service if needed.
