[members-discuss] Reverse DNS issue - zone still not working fromripe DNS server

Hi,

Our zones are OK now. I created a ticket with them yesterday around 8PM
BST and heard nothing back from them since. Unless I sent it to the
wrong email address ;-(. It would be nice to know exactly what happened
and what steps they are going to take to prevent this in the future.
