As RIPE is also connected to the internet (and the AMS-iX for instance) I'm pretty sure that they have a 24*7 standby already in place.

As Romeo recently joined RIPE, this might be a nice moment to introduce himself to the community and provide some insight in his new role and if his team doesn't provide the 24*7 emergency contact, who is.
And how they are doing this or going to do this.
