Hi, we solved the reverse issue updating the delegation object in ripe database, modified just the changed field, few minutes later the zone was visible. Hope that helps. Anyway I think we must ask RIPE NCC for a H24 techical phone number for events like this, every provider has an H24 service for issues of this magnitude. It is not acceptable that ripe ncc, does not have one.
