Not sure where this position comes from.  From where I sit, I get the
impression that members understand that running the RIPE NCC costs money
and that his money needs to be collected from the membership.  Other than
that as far as I can tell, most people generally seem to agree with the
conclusions of the Charging Scheme Task Force.
