well I think that IPv4 address space percentage allocation will not 
change in the next 5 years

Maybe I am wrong but I do not see any indicator that telco companies, 
huge LIRs are going to release some IPv4 address space in the future

so that indicator will stay untouched for the next 5 to 10 years but I 
am open to other "indicators"
