RIPE can't sell IP addresses by definition. Yet, RIPE can charge registration fees based on resource utilization. To me, this argument seems invalid (and term "selling" introduced by purpose).

Not going to re-iterating other tax-related arguments on this list.

Could RIPE NCC please quantify what change in taxation would cause to membership fees? I doubt this to be significant.
