Consider the listing service every RIR are offering...I wondering will
it be true someday...

resource(capital or IPs doesn't matter) always being distributed most
effectively if market come into play.

Bu I think this is off topic though...and we always have IPv6 at our
disposal if one day everything getting too expensive to operate.
