What do you mean exactly? do they filter your announce? can you provide a specific prefix with this issue? what is your relation to them? (peer, transit customer etc.) Transit issues are not an ripe issue, if you have PI (either v6 or v4) you even directly agreed that the space may not be routeable globally.... You are best with writing to them or their upstream to adjust the prefix filters they have in place.
