Hi Sergey It's a nice idea but it can't be done for the current activity plan as we can't change the agenda or the motions of the GM at such short notice (the Articles don't allow it). I think we'd have to look very carefully at how we actually did this if we weren't to get an unusable mix of activities. I'd be much more inclined to go down this road if there was any evidence that the Membership pays a great deal of attention to the Activity plan. Normally we publish it on this list, ask for comments and get a deafening silence. We are certainly extremely open to publishing the costs of activities (or at least referring them back to a previous year budget line) and also emphasising if an activity is likely to use more or less resource in the coming year in order to encourage discussion. I'd be inclined to take this step first.
