I would be much more at ease with the NCC budget it the last was true. It's true in the sense that we as members approve the activity plan, it's less true in the sense that the activity plan is not broken down in a way that would make costs transparent. This said, the NCC has become a lot more transparent in recent years, but they could still do better. What I would like to ask from the RIPE NCC (or ask the board to ask the NCC to produce) for the next AGM is a P&L statement corresponding to the activity plan. I don't think we need this every year but as part of long term forecasting, especially in uncertain time like now that would be great to have. That would also make it a lot easier (and transparent) to account for what you say. That as we are more members and the run out fair policy that is where we are spending more money. Right now that is not easy to see....
