Always nice to have reserves, but they tend to dry up after extensive 
use.  I hope the EB has some plans of cost cutting, other than RIPE NCC's 
ideas of cost cutting such as <sarcasm> taking on a 2MEuro RIPE ATLAS Probe 
project</sarcasm>.
