[Apologies for duplicate emails] Dear colleagues, On Friday, 1 July 2011, the RIPE NCC will start allocating enough IPv4 address space to Local Internet Registries (LIRs) to meet their needs for a period of up to 3 months. We ask that you please note this change from the current 6-month period. This change is in accordance with RIPE Policy Proposal 2009-03, "Run Out Fairly". The full text of the policy proposal can be found at: http://ripe.net/ripe/policies/proposals/2009-03 The following RIPE documents have been updated to reflect this policy implementation: http://ripe.net/ripe/docs/iprequestform http://ripe.net/ripe/docs/iprequestsupport http://ripe.net/ripe/docs/pi-requestform http://ripe.net/ripe/docs/pi-requestsupport Kind Regards, Ingrid Wijte Registration Services Assistant Manager RIPE NCC
