you also don't pay the resources you take on the year you created your company
(compared as when you bought the car), rather you pay the resource based on the
year you obtained the resource (compared the day you fill in the gasoline to your car).

The only difference is, gasoline you have to refill again and again and so it goes more
and more expensive. The resource is permanent and won't get more expensive (depends
on charging scheme).
