actually, i think you're not doing very well at all,
in fact, your techical skills seem to suck,
considering that the ripe members ***MAILINGLIST*** has a fuckton
of open tickets with your tracking system.

so i suggest you remove the ticket system and auto-reply
from any mailinglist you're on, including this one.
