[members-discuss] New Charging Scheme

heh... ohh my god.... model 2 is looking like 'we need your money' (c)
Terminator. I got several calls from our end users about new charging
scheme and all of them are shocked from Model 2. =(

Model 1 is looking more pretty for me.
