Dear RIPE NCC member,

The information on submitting proxy forms for the RIPE NCC General 
Meeting November 2010 is now updated. The stated means of submitting a 
proxy form to the RIPE NCC now includes emailing a scanned copy of the 
proxy form to agm at ripe.net.

The updated section on proxy forms is presented below.

Proxy Voting

If your organisation is to be represented by a third party, not being an 
authorised employee or director, please fill out the proxy form and send 
it to us by 3 November 2010. Any proxy sent to us after this date will 
not be valid.

The proxy form can be sent in the following ways:
- By faxing it to +31 20 535 4445
- By emailing a scanned copy to agm at ripe.net
- By posting it to:
