US DSL, according to their measurements, has 853 ms of latency under load, as reported to the FCC. pretty good podcast and blog at: https://samknows.com/blog/bufferbloat - where they also discuss their current and planned methods of measurement. Also, speedtest.net is finally reporting on "working latency", and their new speedtest apps showing it to the user. https://www.ookla.com/articles/introducing-loaded-latency It would be really great if y'all could join in on helping us finally solve the bufferbloat problem internet wide. -- FQ World Domination pending: https://blog.cerowrt.org/post/state_of_fq_codel/ Dave Täht CEO, TekLibre, LLC
