[mat-wg] Call for MAT CoChair candidates

The date passed and we got nothing then positive feedback on the mailing list.
I therefore declare consensus and announce 

Nina Bargisen as our new CoChair.

Congratulations Nina and I am looking very much forward to work with you.
We will present Nina of course also at the MAT WG session next week so the ones of you, who have not meet her yet can fix this:-)
