[mat-wg] [routing-wg] Fwd: [ARIN-consult] Consultation on New Experimental Allocation

Hi Emile,

can you provide a little feedback, why the NCC is doing (or leading) the
experiment, while the address block to be used is from the ARIN Region and
the comments were solicited to go to ARIN-consult?

Please note, that I do not have any objection at the moment, my question
is pure curiosity.
