It's too hot.  It's just "add '&key=<key data>' to the URL above", so the
URL becomes.

    https://atlas.ripe.net/api/v1/measurement/1002000/result/?start=1373972036&stop=1374749636&format=json&key=123456xyz

... I had a typo in "json", which made it "bad request...
