[mat-wg] Short update on TTM service

I think this is to be welcomed. As I mentioned at RIPE 64 I cannot argue 
with the basic idea of shutting down TTM, but revised timelines would 
seem to be an excellent idea given the feedback and the questions raised 
after the last announcement.

Again, a good move. While I'm not a DNSMON user myself, I think this was 
one of the biggest issues with the previous plan.

Indeed, I think that a proposed plan and discussion is greatly to be 
preferred over the previous fait accompli. HEAnet are very happy to 
continue to be a TTM host until such times as the alternative is in 
place and the project is shut down in an agreed and structured manner.
