[mat-wg] New Face(s) in the Measurements and Tools Area

Hi Vesna,

The MAT WG chairs are very happy to see that the RIPE NCC is putting
more resources into building a community around its measurements and
tools efforts, but also to ensure that the project goes more into the direction of self funding.
