very cleanly aggregates and<BR>de-aggregates blocks on the fly, tracks user
information and customer<BR>numbers, can prioritize and de-prioritize blocks for
assignment, and can<BR>report utilization statistics on an as-requested basis.
Everything is<BR>written in perl.<BR><BR>If there is interest, we can publish
these tools as freeware/open source<BR>for the RIPE LIR community to use.
