Thanks for listening on the matter of co-hosting the AGM with a RIPE
meeting.

Now, could someone please point me, off list, to the rules and processes
that govern how the RIPE AGM is undertaken ? As per my previous e-mails, I
intend - if personal circumstances allow - to attend this year and to
express my (and others) opposition to the current charging model and
pricing. I want to make sure that any points, motions etc. are done
correctly before hand, so that technicalities will not get in the way of the
matter at hand.

I am not a civil servant, professional beauracrat or academic, so I would
appreciate a 'laymans guide' to the RIPE AGM process.
