People will start screaming about 32-bit ASes. It's also similiar to my draft on creating IPv6 swap space. There are less than 15000 LIRs. Each LIRs /32 is more address space than most of them have today. Add the routes from all remaining AS:es. I don't see the problem. I am still waiting for the IPv6 routing table to reach 1000 routes.
