To a certain extent I agree, but to act responsibly I have to ask myself
constantly wether I am doing the ringth things or whether wthings could have
been done differently to archive a better result.

I think of this as a constant process of improvement.

Maybe you are right, but maybe there are things I could do to facilitate
better discussions.

should be reviewed to see if we can increase the likelyhood of qualitative
discussions.
