Will one or more of the NCC board members reading this pleaae consider this
request as a formal request for consideration at the earliest opportunity ?

Else, what is the formal (paper, in triplicate) procedure for communicating
with our own board members ?

(Anyone noticed I hate this FAKE formalism and pointeless bureaucracy ?)
