Just a thought... Might it not be easier to hold the RIPE NCC annual general meeting during the RIPE conference week, either January, April, or September. APNIC and ARIN do this, and it saves their membership having to make a second trip for a half day or one day meeting. At least that way more LIRs than those who currently can attend the General Meeting will be able to participate, and maybe give more useful feedback to the discussions.
