PA allocation. The purpose of this proposal was to make it more difficult for small organisations to become a separate LIR in order to reduce the workload on the RIPE NCC. It will be a good ting for address space conservation, and it will be a got thing for routing table size to "force" more organisations to go to one of their upstream providers. I do not think it is a good idea to make a smaller initial allocation size. -hph
