IP Address Tracking Software

Hi!

After reading through all the mails at nanog and other forums,
i am asking:

why not we all together work on a software which works 
together with RIPE, ARIN, APNIC ?

Isn't that what internet was build on ? People doing great things.

So let's get all ideas together and work together with the registries
to solve that "evil" and "old" problem.

Just my .2 cents (or euros, whatever)
