I get the same warning on an object with:
mnt-by:      RIPE-NCC-HM-MNT
mnt-lower:   AS9166-MNT

Removing the mnt-lower is not an option, as we want to be in control over
who adds inetnums 'inside' our allocation... I don't consider this paranoia,
AFAIK this is what mnt-lower is all about?
